Each month on the First Thursday, we welcome Guest Artists with a reception from 5 PM-8 PM. Join us to celebrate on April 2nd as Rosemary Skidmore and the artists of the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild join us for the month of April.
Rosemary Skidmore is a self taught mixed media artist who creates her whimsical and unique art pieces from shells no one else wants, driftwood that has ‘hidden meaning’ and the broken coconut shell that will get a new purpose in life.
The Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild has worked since 1971 to encourage 3D artists and the media includes fiber art, stone carving, clay work, jewelry artists, photographers and other Fine Crafts. They proudly provide annual scholarships to art students at Cypress Lake High School, FGCU and Cape Coral Art Center.
